Added garlic to shrimp pre-roasting, as well as light shake of crushed red pepper; baby spinach to pasta, and a little parm on top as serving.

This is a go-to recipe for me. I always have lemons at hand in the kitchen and fresh shrimp are a staple here in Georgia. I substitute whole wheat pasta for regular and use an olive oil spray instead of pouring olive oil directly on the fish. I cut back on the butter and olive oil in the sauce too, which doesn't hurt the flavor at all. DELICIOUS.

This recipe is quick, easy and delicious! I've made it twice now and both times it came out perfectly. Next time I will try roasting the shrimp with garlic as suggested by another reviewer. Thanks, Ina!

A KNOCK OUT SENSATION!! I followed this recipe to a "T" with one exception: I minced four cloves of garlic and sprinkled atop the shrimp before roasting. I loved the lemon punch of this recipe, and I'll forever roast my shrimp from this day forward. This was easy, fresh, and filling. There was plenty left for dinner the following night, too. I will most certainly make this again and highly recommend it!

This was super easy to make, wallet friendly and delicious. I roasted some asparagus and mixed that in with the pasta and shrimp. I made the dish for two, so I didn't use a full pound of pasta and toned down the lemon. I have leftovers, but will happily eat them tomorrow for lunch. I will definitely make this again, I loved it and my boyfriend acted like I was a culinary goddess (but he is pretty easy to please ha. INA HAS YET TO DISAPPOINT ME!

I made this dish two weeks in a row. My husband and I love it!!!! We love the fresh lemon taste. It's a nice light dinner. I might try adding some garlic next time and maybe some fresh asparagus, but it's perfect the way the recipe is written. Thanks Ina for another homerun!!!

Loved this dish! I had a bag of frozen shrimp and wanted to do something different. Turns out I had lemons, olive oil, and butter so decided to make it. I used whole wheat spaghetti because I had it in the pantry. My husband loved it! I'd make it for company.

I made this recipe for the first time and served it at a dinner party. It was so easy and inexpensive to make, and the whole thing was so delicious that I've been craving it almost daily! It was just the right amount of lemon flavor and the pasta was creamy because of the butter. Strongly recommend this dish!
