Normally, Ina never fails. I cut this recipe in half and used regular pasta. Also used Meyer Lemon for greater flavor. It was watery, salty and just generally bland. Husband's comment was that he likes sauce on his pasta and I had to tell him to check the liquid on the bottom of the bowl. Mind you, it is a great way to cook shrimp perfectly. Will not make again.

I normally love every thing Ina Garten does however this recipe missed the mark. There is just too much lemon and no zip. The lemon acidity left my tong dry and tingling. The next time I will make this will be with 1 lemon and I will add either hot pepper flakes or some diced jalapeno with maybe a touch of red bell pepper for color. Loved the roasted shrimp!

I made a semi-healthy version of the lemon pasta (used spray butter instead of real butter with panko crusted baked chicken. The flavor was wonderful!!! My husband loved it so I will be sure to add it to our food rotation.

The shrimp were moist and tasty and the pasta was delicious and savory. A winner! Ina's recipes are always the best.
