I was worried this dish would be boring, but its simplicity was refreshing. I did cut the lemon & lemon zest it called for in 1/2 because I read other reviews. I made it w/ whole wheat angel hair & I thought it was perfect. I will definitely make this dish again in the future. One of my kids was a bit confused & struggled with the fact there was no tomato sauce, but in spite of this mental block, he still cleaned his plate & went back for more. The whole batch was eaten & we didn’t have any leftovers. :-

Very delicious, especially the second day! Way too much lemon for my taste so I will adjust accordingly next time I make it.

Fantastic! I LOVED the lemon taste of the pasta and the shrimp came out perfectly. So much different than the heavy sauces we usually use. So easy to do and will do again!

I have made this receipe a number of times and everytime I have made it I have received numerous comments. If you don't like the amount of lemon she suggests ajust accordingly. I really love lemons so there is never too much lemon.

The shrimp part was lacking, but I loved the lemonyness. Maybe if there was garlic I would have been a bit tastier.

LOVED the shrimp! So easy & I will be cooking them this way from now on! Really enjoyed the light, tasty flavor of the lemon angel hair pasta. Perfect together, thank you Ina!!! Easily a new favorite recipe for me! =
