Is easy to make. Only complaint is it takes longer than 30 minutes to cook...it took me about 1.5 hours and it probably could have still cooked longer.
    Overall, a good recipe though.

This version of Creme Brulee was very good and I would make it again. My husband, the fussy eater, also thought it was delicious!

Absolutely delicious! I put blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries in ramekins and then poured the creme brulee over the top. It took about 10 minutes longer to bake. What a treat!!

Like what some people have experienced, 30 minutes was too short. Custard was too runny. Next time I may put in a little less milk and add 15 more minutes to the baking at least.

The flavor was excellent, but didn't get the texture I'm used to in a creme brulee...maybe it was just me! Family enjoyed it enough to request it again. Need to figure out what to do for a firmer texture.

This recipe is so simple and delicious. Maybe it's the simple, uncomplicated ingredients that make it so good. It's even better if you substitute a real vanilla bean (or even 1/2 of one for the extract.
