    This was so delicious it was more like eating dessert than a side dish! My kids loved it. The "kick" really makes this great. Simple to make, too.

    These were creamy and sweet with all the tastes and qualities I love in sweet potatoes. The "kick" just makes them extra special. The spices in the cooking water really come through in the final dish - a unique idea. Since the heat is added at the end, those sensitive to "hot & spicy" can begin with only a little cayenne pepper and taste as you add.
