I cooked this dish and it was simply delicious. I used chicken tenderloins since I did not have turkey cutletts. The chicken was moist and juicy and full of flavor. I also used a little ranch dressing when eating dish, and it added even more flavor. This is a great recipe, and the marinade for the chicken can be used for other meats too!!

What a fantastic dish! I am thrilled to know it is also very healthy. I added some fresh tomatoes as well and topped it with a little grated romano. Definitely keeping this one in the receipe box!

Love this recipe! I too could not find white balsamic, so went with regular since others had used it (however after some reasearch did find that a good substitute would be white wine vinegar with some sugar added. The asparagas cooks perfectly and the garlic olive oil gives so much flavor. I enjoyed the turkey too, nice change from chicken. This dish is excellent cold the next day too - having some right now!

Ok...I too used chicken but roasted the bone in chicken breast in the oven. Then just cut in chunks. I warmed up some olive oil with 5 garlic cloves & rosemary since I didn't have garlic infused oil. So it's easy to make yourself. I used regular balsamic because could not find white. Claire is sooooo right! This is fabulous warm & just as good cold. I made extra & every time I walk by the fridge...I have another bite! Make this...you won't be disappointed! Really, I think you could use chicken, shrimp, pork or veggies. Anything will work!

I used reg. balsamic vinegar, did not have white. I also added minced garlic to olive oil. I also used chicken tenderloins. I defrosted the frozen chicken in the microwave, then added the oil and the balsamic vinegar and cooked it in the micro. I wanted the extra moisture from the liquids, and got it that way. We thought it was very good. Will make it again.

I made this with turkey tenderloins sliced across and a couple of raps with the mallet to make it thinner. The turkey browned nicely in a non-stick grill skillet, and the asparagus was cooked just right. This recipe is a keeper at my house.

This was really good. I used chicken tenders instead of turkey and I used basil oil vs. garlic. The chicken was really tasty and the asparagus came out perfect. Definitely will make this again.
