I bought some pretty veal loin chops and found this recipe online. We loved it! Easy to follow, very tasty! Excellent recipe.

At the last minute we picked up some veal chops at Whole Foods, and even though I had never cooked them before the simple recipe sounded very straight forward and difficult to foul up. The recipe did turn out to be extremely simple and foolproof and we had delicious veal chops for dinner. The only variations that we implemented were the use of frozen garlic and a Savory spice mix that was included rosemary. I whole-heatedly recommend.

Simple, delicious and easy to expand on. This works w/ most any cut of bone in meat.

This recipe was easy and delicious! My husband loved it. I added sprinkle of cayenne pepper (to add a little kick and whole sprigs of rosemary on top before I put the chops in the oven.

This was both delicious & easy - my family loved it. I used an instant read thermometer & removed chops from the oven at 130o. Then tented with foil for 5 min. I added sliced mushrooms to the pan sauce - very nice! Definitely a keeper.
