    This salad was fantastic. Full of flavor and everyone went back for seconds. I did drain a little of the grease to subtract a little of the fat and it was fine. Will make again, for sure.

    I have never written a review before but I must say this is a very tasty salad. The only thing I substituted was the use of agave syrup for the sugar and turkey bacon for the use of pork bacon. Everyone needs to try this; you will be amazed. What is so great about this recipe is that the ingredients are items that I have on hand almost always. I was looking for a something new and this hit the spot.

    This salad was delicious!!!!!! Big Daddy, you are the MAN!!!!!

    It was easy and delicious! I will be making this time and time again!!!!!!

    Another great recipe from Aaron is his Chunky Chicken Chili.

    I made this over a month ago and my husband said that it was the very best salad he's EVER had!! Oh and p.s. he never comments on my food. Tonight, he asked me when I was gonna make it again. Guess what's for dinner!!!

    I did not see the episode when Aaron prepared this so wasn't sure if I should drain the bacon fat or not. I didn't (since the recipe did not call for me to and to my surprise, the consistency of the dressing was not oily at all. It was very flavorful and even my 8 year old twin sons enjoyed it. One particularly liked the eggs and the other the bacon. The salad was a hit!

    Enjoyed the flavor of the dressing...yes it is on the sweet side...easy to make and not expensive. With several of my grand kids spending the weekend, we tried the dressing on various lettuce salads, cabbage slaw and as-is, as a dip for fresh veggies...carrots, broccoli, etc. In the midst of BBQ, the kids put the dressing on ears of corn (vs. butter. Everyone tried it and the flavor was terrific!

    This salad was really good, I loved the avocados and eggs in it. I think I am going to try it again with turkey bacon to cut back on the fat, but I am not sure the dressing will be liquid enough without the bacon grease...

    THIS IS A PERFECT MEAL ALL BY ITSELF. VERY VERY SATISFYING MEAL FOR ANY OCCASION.
