I LOVE this simple salad and dressing. I saw it while flipping through channels and I have tried some of Aaron's other recipes (mini Shepard's pie and have been impressed with the ease of his recipes and the end taste of what I've made.
I made the dressing first as dictated, but I find I like my dressings with a little more vinegar. The taste is wonderful; sweet enough, but with a bite from the lemon and red wine vinegar. I added some sliced almonds and our meal was fantastic!!
