Easy and Quick. I've made variations which include Sweet Italian Sausage/Zucchini, shrimp/zucchini, chicken/artichoke hearts, scallops and even made it a Fra Diavolo

I really enjoyed this recipe. It had a nice flavor with a unique variety of ingredients. I make a lot of different pastas and this will be a nice addition to my repitoire. I did not find it to take too long to make. I used sweet italian sausage as my pork sausage. The only variations I made was to use non-vine cherry tomatoes (red and yellow and I added mushrooms like some other reveiwers recommended. Thanks Tyler for the new recipe.

This was an awesome dish. All of my family loved the flavor. I used whole wheat penne and canned artichokes. I was a little nervous that my husband and son wouldn't like it but the loved it. The pork sausage gave it a great flavour.

AMAZING! I used fresh frozen artichoke hearts and whole wheat penne. One of the best pasta dishes I've ever created. The tomato sauce alone is creamy and full of flavor. When you add the sausage, artichokes, and zuchinni it was even more unbelievable. This would even be great as a vegetarian dish minus the sausage- it was that flavorful!

WOW! Used the cherry tomatoes from our garden and it was fantastic...as if we were eating at a fine Italian restaurant.

Had dinner guests when I prepared this meal. Everyone asked for the recipe.
I used 1# of sweet Italian sausage and added fresh mushrooms too. This is a keeper. Tyler's recipes are always great and best of all, easy to prepare.

For the time it took to make it, it wasnt anything special. The pork sausage was weird - i think it should have been italian sausage. It also was watery - not really what I expected from watching the video.

Ok, not the quickest recipe, but it's certainly not hard to make. Didn't have artichokes on hand, but that didn't take away from the dish. The full pink sauce definitely makes the dish. Even the kids loved it and now ask for it. I panicked when I couldn't remember the name of the recipe but found it, stains and all with five stars in my recipe binder. My husband and sons all said, "This is a REPEAT!" Keep them coming, Tyler! Thank you so much!

I have an abundance of zucchini in my garden, and this was the perfect recipe for me to use some of it. I modified it a little using roma tomatoes that I cut into quarters rather than cherry tomatoes because that is what I had on hand. I also used turkey italian sausage because I don't eat pork, and I omitted the artichokes. It was delicious nonetheless. My family enjoyed it as well. Another one of Tyler's recipe to add to my collection.
