I just googled the fresh ingredients I had - cauliflower and spinach - and up came this recipe. I used white wine instead of the broth and used the pasta I had on hand. It was phenomenal - the sauce was so good. A new staple for this vegetarian family.

Delicious! My son, who is a vegetarian, loved it so much, he asked me to make again for him to take to work for lunches!

This is one of the BEST pasta dishes we have had in a long time, the cauliflower and spinach was so good, we will make this and add shrimp or other things as we do not always eat a lot of meat. This is as good cold as hot and better the next day.

Made this for my family the other night and I will be making this again but sticking to the recipe - I subed in broccoli since my dad isn't a fan of cauliflower and I think that it was just too strong...But even as left overs a few days past this had great flavor and texture!! I will make sure this is added to my list...Plus if you do Weight Watchers it's only 4pts a serving! Hard for pasta to be so low and GOOD!

Saw this on Sunday morning and stopped at the grocery store on the way home. The only change I made was to reduce with wine instead of vegetable stock because it seemed silly to open an entire can for 1/4 cup. It also took forever to cook the pasta so the cauliflower did get a little soggy, but it was still absolutely fabulous. My vegetarian daughter said thanks for cooking mom!

Saw the show and this looks and sounds delicious! Can the mixture be frozen? I haven't made it yet so giving it 4 stars in anticipation!

Don' substitute on the paccheri pasta - And seek out an imported Italian brand. Pasta Setaro of you can find it. I order mine from BuonItalia in NYC. You won't be sorry!

I don't usually change a recipe when I first made it, but I substituted the pasta they suggested with a whole-wheat rigatoni. Also swapped out the cauliflower for baby brussel sprouts since I had them in the fridge. Quite good - I will, however try it with the cauliflower next time.
