These come out so buttery I don't need to add butter after cooking. & they are so light and fluffy. before this recipe I couldn't mske pancakes without burning them... even with bisquick or Krusteze. I love waffles & thus work great for that too...just use cooking spray on the griddle.

These pancakes were great, they were very light and tasted like ones you would get at a restaurant. I only served them with syrup but I bet they would taste great with nuts or a fruit syrup.

My boyfriend (kyle is a pankcake-aholic! He said these were the best pancakes he's ever had! They were super easy to make and even though I can't eat them (because of a gluten allergy I could tell they were delicious! Fluffy and golden brown... PERFECT!

This is a great receipe to make pancakes. It is incredibly flexible and allows the addition of other things like bananas and apples. Enjoy!
