    I was very pleased with this recipe. A snap to make and very good. I found the sauce to be just right for my taste. My family loved it too.

    I liked this recipe because I could play with it. I added garlic and cheddar cheese to the sauce. I also doubled the recipe for the sauce and made the sauce alittle less thick and I found that it worked out very well. I liked that this recipe gave me alot of license to modify it. I would definitely suggest this recipe to somebody esle.

    First time making scalloped potatoes NOT from a box and b/f was impressed! Recipe was very good, but would incorporate cheese into sauce mixture next time instead of layering and will use a mandolin slicer next time to make sure potatoes come out very thin.
