People, don't be so judgmental and, instead of tackling Marcela down for being a mexican with aspirations and creativity, let's give here some credit for exploring alternate options to have the mexican flavor and essence with a twist.
This is what I consider the Eggs Benedicto recipe: A classic meal with a Mexican twist. My husband prepared them next morning and the extra flavor of the chipotle really made the difference.

I absolutely loved how you so brazenly woke up and added pizzazz to such a traditional breakfast, that most people aren't even willing to touch. As someone who is constantly looking for ways to impress the guests at my B&B with unique experiences, I must say this dish not only managed to stand out from the crowd, but had my guests savoring each mouthful with a child like mixture of wonder, amazement and excitement as the eclectic blend of flavors slowly took over!
Now I can give my guests that traditional home cooked breakfast, with the exotic twist they'll never forget....Thank you for your "Waaayvoohs!"

My husband & I are real Eggs Benedict fans. But this was not only great tasting but easy to make. I loved how you taught me to do poached eggs using vinegar in the water and using a ladel to drop the eggs in the water was the big difference. My husband says this dish has ruined all other eggs benedicts. It is simply the best.
Enjoyed your show! Look forward to trying more of your recipes!

I make the traditional hollandaise sauce and eggs benedict quite often. Adding the chipotles to the sauce gives a new taste that is appealing to the eye and palatte. Love the ideea. Like the show want to see more of it and see how else i can inspire my dishes.

This recipe was delicious and easy to make. I know croissants and prosciutto ham are not 'authentically Mexican,' but I'm Mexican, and I thought it was good. I plan to watch this show every week.
In the future, I would like to see a mole recipe that is easy to make. Mole is very labor intensive, and I can't spend all day in the kitchen, but I would love to make it.

This was absolutely wonderful! A little more work than a normal breakfast but just enough work to make it a "special breakfast" I had all of the ingredients already in my kitchen and it tasted fantastic. We had a Brunch before the game on Sunday and we served this and everyone Loved it!
I really enjoyed the show, I will be watching weekly.
