Loved it but the onions should be warm...if you make them ahead heat it up...otherwise yummy!

This frittata recipe was amazing! I was hosting a brunch and it was my first time to make a frittata. The recipe was easy to follow and the frittata turned out perfect.
The flavors blended so well, with the prosciutto, goat cheese, and caramelized onions. I julienned some fresh basil on top. Delicious, I will definitely make again!
