    It really doesnt get better than this!!! its a big hit with everyone that tries it...I crused a few strawberries up, mixed it in and put on chocolate cupcakes and it was to die for!!!

    just made this frosting for a red velvet cake, and i swear i'll never buy canned frosting ever again. this whipped up quickly, and the flavor is divine! doubled the recipe, and had plenty to ice a 2 layer, 9 inch cake.

    This is the best cream cheese frosting I have ever tasted.
    Yummy!

    Soooooo good!!!!!! Its perfect!!!!! I made a double batch because it didnt look like it was going to be enough for the cake i was using and i forgot a teaspoon of vinalla extract and it was still really good! i also added lemon and orange rind in it with a little fresh lemon juice. It was perfect!

    hey Driedmilk! You need to let your cream cheese sit out on the counter OPENED for at least an hour. it needs to be room temp, or you will have lumps. I made a pumpkin cheesecake, and i let the cream cheese sit out. it was smooth as can be, then i added COLD eggs, and it was lumpy again. could NOT get the lumps out. So key is NOT to have cold cheese when mixing. hope that works!
