    This was my first time making homemade frosting and I will never buy store bought again! The icing was light and delicious. It was the right amount of sweetness and a far cry from the heavy frosting I buy at the store. Wonderful recipe!!!

    I was so impressed with this frosting, I generally dont like cupcakes and dont like the frostng and this was impressive. Everyone I made them for asked for the recipe or for me to just bring in a bowl of it. Like other reviewers I added the sugar to my taste. I also added food coloring and it made my baby shower cupcakes perfect!

    I'm not a big frosting fan, especially of the kind that you buy at the store. It's way too sweet and grainy for me. So when I decided to make red velvet cupcakes I thought I'd give this a try. Not only is so easy to make, but it's really surprisingly delicious! A lot of the reviewers said they licked the bowl clean, and I have to admit that I did too! It's so creamy, smooth, sweet and tangy. A lot of cream cheese frosting recipes I've tried don't taste like cream cheese at all, but this one still retains a bit of the taste. I only used 1 cup of sugar. It's my own preference, though. I suggest adding in the sugar little by little and trying it to adjust it to your own tastes.

    I just made this and it's so delicious! It's nice and tangy. I normally don't lick the bowl, but this time I made sure I wiped out all the left over frosting I could. I was only planning on making one batch of cupcakes and frosting, but as soon as I tasted this I had to make a second batch of cupcakes & frosting because these aren't going to last!

    DELICIOUS!

    I thought this was a very good recipe but even though I LOVE cream cheese, it ended up being a little too tangy since I followed the recommendations to add more cream cheese.

    I added 6 oz of cream cheese instead of the four, I would just stick to the recipe next time!

    This is the best icing i have ever made....I doubled the amount cream cheese cause i like cream cheese. The icing is so creamy and yummy i can't stop eating it. I will make this all the time. Everyone loves it.
