Too much sugar, not enough cream cheese. With this much sugar, you'll never taste the cream cheese, much less your cake.

Delicious--after reading the reviews I added more cream cheese to cut the sweetness maybe two ounces more, I frosted a Chocolate Pound Cake with this frosting, delicious. Thanks

This was delicious. I cut the sugar in half and no one missed it at all. I served the icing on top of Martha Stewart's one bowl chocolate cake. I served this at my sons 7 YO birthday party and the kids(completely unsolicited remarked about how much they loved the icing. That's pretty cool.

AMAZING!!! I made this recipe with 6 oz of white chocolate cream cheese and it turned out better than I could have ever hoped for and made a great filling in my cake balls.

So good! I'm personally not a fan of cream cheese (it's very potent! but this was yummy! I did 6 oz of cream cheese instead of 4, just to give it a slightly stronger flavor... Not too strong, not too weak. Just adjust it to your taste. :

Quick and easy recipe. It was much too sweet for my taste though, so I tweaked the recipe and added a whole 8 oz package of cream cheese. It cut the sweetness and added the slight tang I was looking for. Soo good!

You have to have the cream cheese at room temp or it will be lumpy. Leave it out overnight to be sure.
