Good starter point, but it is way too blend! Let the fish marinate with vinegar, salt, parseley, cilantro, basil, whatever herbs you have. Not enough seasoning in the flour. Add garlic powder, italian seasoning (if you have, herbs you like, don't be afraid. Dip in flour, egg and then panko breadcrumbs for crunch - much better and well worth it. Use 3 cloves of garlic + 1/2 chopped onion and broth instead of water when cooking the veggies. Cook them a little longer to get a nice thick sauce.

So, so easy and quick! I used extra-virgin olive oil instead of butter to cut down on fat. I also used dried herbs instead of fresh. The fish was great and the green beans/tomatoes were divine. Definitely will make this again!

This recipe is incredibly easy without compromising flavor. However, I substituted panko breadcrumbs for the flour and it adds an extra crunch. However, use only a pinch of salt to balance out the flavor from the panko. Definitely a go to recipe for those hectic weeks!

Delicious! Feel like I'm eating at a restaurant!
I am gluten-intolerant, so I did not use any flour,
    and it was yummy.

Loved this! I'm always looking for Tilapia recipes because its such a cheap fish that you can do so much with. I used pea pods instead of green beans because they looked fresher. My fiance and I liked how it added an extra texture. Definitely make this again soon
