This recipe was really tasty. My husband does not like fish and he ate this dish. The only recommendation is to cut back on the butter by a tablespoon or two. I did forget the lemon, and I think it would have definitely enhanced the flavor of the green beans, but they were delicious with out it. Can't wait to make it again!

Too often tilapia is bland and boring. This had flavor and was something different. I added more garlic to the beans and put lemon juice on the fish after cooking those were the only changes I made. This was really good and really easy.

I am giving 4 stars only because i tweaked it a litle bit to add more flavour. I sprinkled some lime juice on the fillets, rubbed a little onion and garlic powder and salt and finely chopped cilantro. I followed the rest of the recipe as it is. Since i added cilantro i did not dip the fillet on the flour, i did it the other way round. I sprinkled the flour on the two sides of the fillet. I tell you guys those cilantro, garlic and onion added a whole new dimension to the dish! It was delicious. Try it once.
P.S. I did not have fresh hebs so used the dried ones. Also i used the normal salt.

Although always concerned about using this much butter, it really makes the whole recipe taste great. I've made this twice, and it's really been nice incorporating more fish into my diet!

This says it all: I don't particularly like fish. However, dining out in Rome i asked the host to bring whatever he wanted. To my dismay, he brought a Tilapia dish. But it was ecstasy. Back home, with no hope of duplicating that meal, I endeavored, nonetheless, to make a tilapia dish. This recipe was it. It's simple, full of flavors, healthy and great for company.

I LOVED the flavor this recipe had. I used cod fish only because I had purchased it before finding the recipe. It worked just fine, it looked just like the picture and tasted absolutely amazing! It was so easy to follow and I had the herbs in my garden. I will definitely be doing this one again!

Delicious and so, so easy! I used bok choy instead of green beans since I had it growing in the garden. The only thing I'll change next time is using only half a lemon. Maybe my lemon was particularly juicy but it ended up being a bit too tangy for my taste! This was a minor detail however and I will definitely make this again!
