This was an awesome fish dish! Such great contrasting flavors with coating on fish and tomatoes with green beans. I used regular string beans and cooked a few minutes longer. Family liked it, including the teenagers! Definitely a keeper!

This recipe was easy and delicious. I had the chance to introduce the french version of green beans to my young children. It's rare that my children will clean their plates as they are picky eaters. Either they eat the vegetables and leave the meat/fish or vice versa. That wasn't the case with this dish. Their plates were clean! I used Mediterranean Sea Salt, Fresh Ground Pepper. I also put shallots in with the green beans. Delicious, delicious, delicious!

My goodness! Two of our family members hate seafood but this looked good & I'm trying to cook healthier, so I figured I'd try it out. Wowza! It was sooo good! The green beans were eaten all up even by my veggie-phobic son, our fish phobes ate every bite and it was super easy. I'd totally recommend this to anyone. Very flavorful, very easy, and very, very good!
(I added chili powder to the flour & it just added a hint of flavor, nothing over powerful but still effective.

This was incredibly easy to prepare! I added a couple of dashes of chili powder to the flour mixture to add a little kick.
