These pork chops were a big success, however for me personally it felt like they needed a bit of acid. I guess the rub was a little too earthy for me. Also I would saute the onions separately as they caused a decent sized jam-up in the pan.

Amazing meal! I used a thicker cut pork chop instead of the thin sliced. Much better...

This was a family winner!!! I let the pork chops marinate and it was so much better. I also added a couple tablespoons of brown sugar (my kiddos thought it was a bit spicy the first time. Other than that it was a wonderful way to do chops and we plan on adding this to the menu often.

I noticed some reviews are saying not much flavor, I think if you let them marinate for a couple of hours you would notice a big difference, at least I did. Onions added a nice touch. I made this with pork ribeyes, came out perfect.

Was okay... in a pinch with limited ingredients on hand I'd make it again for my boyfriend. He said it didn't have much flavor, but I may have done something wrong too!

I measured everything carefully and did everything this recipe said. I didn't like the rub. It just tasted I put chili pepper on some pork chops and fried them...I expected them to have much more flavor.

I enjoyed this rub & was really glad that I could make my own instead of buying one of the many blends that are available. This made for a quick & easy weekday dinner!
