I enjoyed this rub & was really glad that I could make my own instead of buying one of the many blends that are available. This made for a quick & easy weekday dinner!

This meal was fast, easy and absolutely delicious. Even my picky 9 year old ate seconds.

After reading the reviews the only change I made was to add some olive oil to the blender for the paste. The flavors came out beautifully and my guests kept complimenting me all through dinner. I highly recommend this dish for a quick, fantastic and tasty dinner party dish! The spices were perfect.

This recipe was tasty,(even my picky five year old liked it.but I didn't feel that the flavor of the sauce transfered to the pork as much as I would have liked. I will probably make this again except next time I'll let it marinate for a few hours.

Maybe I put too much cloves but it tasted like shoe polish :(

These pork chops were amazing. My husband loved them! No changes necessary. I will definitely make this one again!

My husband and I made this as a quick dinner after work and thought it came out great, and was delicious as leftovers the next day as well. In addition to the copes, we also grilled apples to put on top of the chops. They were a great, highly recommended addition. Also, we used boneless chops. They were pretty thick - we live in an apt and use a grill top, so we butterflied the chops to make sure they would cook all the way through without over-cooking the rub.

I was disappointed. I followed the recipe and while it smells amazing, the flavor didn't meet my expectations.
