I was craving fresh and lite.
This is exactly what this salad is.I liked it even better the second day since I could taste the tarragon much more.I for sure will make this again.

Excellent! I hate tarragon though and only had green onions in the house so substituted for the chives and tarragon and was a huge hit for my dinner party. People request it all the time.

This salad was edible but it wasn't my favorite. I don't know what about was wrong but it just didn't seem to mesh well to me. I probably won't try this recipe again.

This was a great salad. Loved all the veggies and potatoes. The only thing I changed was I only put in 1 tablespoon of tarragon instead of 2. I just don't like a ton of tarragon. Thanks for the great recipe.

This is one of the better salads I've ever made. For some reason, salads never taste as good to me when I make them compared to when I order them in restaurants; This one, however, was fantastic. All of the different vegetables... the radishes, peppers, potatoes, and cucumbers added so many varying degrees of flavor and crunchiness- really made the texture feel fresh. A user below me commented on the potatoes falling apart in her salad- which would be because she cooked them too long. You want the solodity of a potato you'd eat in potato salad. You do not want to cook them long enough to make mashed potatoes.
For some reason I couldn't find chives at the grocery store so I substituted them with green onions; Also I used full fat greek yogurt because I like creamy dressing to be rich; also used dried tarragon because it's all I had. Alone, the dressing had a fairly odd flavor, but when added to the salad with all the veggies and chicken, I couldn't get enough of it. If you find the dressing off-putting at first like I did, try adding a tablespoon or two of caesar dressing, it brings the tang down a notch.
The potatoes made it very filling, so you don't have the desire to keep eating afterwards.
Very delicious, and not too time consuming. I highly suggest it!

I love terragon, so I was excited to try this recipe. It was edible, and that's the best thing I can say about it. I won't bother making it again.

I did not have any tarragon on hand so I used a combination of thyme and basil with the chive instead. It made for a wonderful combination. I also cut back on the amount of romaine I used. I will make this salad again!

I liked the idea of the potatoes, but they basically disintegrated in the salad. Tasty dressing, although I also didn't use tarragon and instead just threw in whatever fresh herbs I had.

I really liked this salad and thought the potatoes were a nice touch. I really like the dressing, but I think it had too much tarragon. I didn't realize that tarragon tastes similar to black licorice. Some people may really like that flavor, I, however will be changing to basil or oregano next time I make the salad.
