It was like eating incredible bruschetta from the oven! Cheesy, tomato-y, bread-y goodness! You really must use the real freshly grated parm though. If you used the fake stuff from a shake can, it just wouldn't be the same. Seriously. But, this recipe was everything you could ask for. Easy, quick, tasty and "Aww" worthy presentation-wise.

this is the best!!! my family absolutely loved it, even my picky kidos! this is definitely company worthy! the only thing i changed was instead of a full Tablespoon of sugar i only added 2 tsp. a full TSP. seemed a little much.
thanks Ina!!! you ROCK.

This is an amazing side dish! I even got my daughter who doesn't like tomatoes to love it! Try it! You'll love it too!

Very good! It was a nice change for a side dish. Served this with roast chicken and the whole family loved it. Even my son who rarely eats tomatoes.
