What's with this woman and all the salt? This recipe calls for the addition of salt FIVE times. She dumped massive amounts of salt in a meal I saw her make on TV too. Oh well, I guess if a person isn't concerned about the high cholesterol in a dish that calls for fried pork AND eggs AND cheese, they probably won't care about the bad health effects of so much sodium either.

Substituted spring mix for the salad, and this recipe was one of the best I've ever tasted. I only messed up on the poached eggs, so I didn't have as much yolk on the chops that I would have wanted. Still, the marriage of the different tastes and textures was out of this world. Thanks, Chef Ann!

oh, this was pretty easy. So much can be done in advance that it seemed I just whipped in up in a matter of minutes. It's al ln the prep. And, the egg....on the pork chop...what a nice accompaniement! Pork chops have been my downfall so it was great to pork chops that my family raved about. Hey, if Rachel can do it, I can do it! Thanks Chef Anne, you're recipes are always so darn good.

Chef Ann, thanks for this recipe. so easy to make and the taste was pleasing to the pallet. Cooked this up last night for my partner and myself as we like to try different recipes. The pork and salad tasted great, and the poached egg just added to the whole experience. This recipe is a keeper.

This was so delicious. The egg yolk made the pork taste so good and the parmagiano fritto was an excelent crunch, but next time I'll skip the salad. I didn't really enjoy the texture or taste of it and for the $$ it was a downer.

    Thanks anne!

Never had this before, but I did have a small piece of pork loin and a hungry husband. It's not nearly as complicated as it first sounds... just follow the steps, lots can be done in advance. We ate all four servings up, thanks for a new delicious way to cook a piece of pork!

Easy to make and absolutely delicious. I would be careful when cooking the warm salad since it's easy to overcook the veggies. I sub the veggies for a spring mix salad ready to serve from the market. I also combined the other pork milanese recipe and so i had oyster mushrooms and apples in mine as well. def a keeper!
