I will very rarely take the time to leave a comment like this on a website, but felt inclined to do so after reading Annie's comment, and felt the need to call her out. You may want to think about joining the 21st century. Are you kidding me with the bust line comment? I feel Food Network keeps their shows very classy and conservative, and all of their programming has the food as the focus. This channel has come a long way since the days of Julia Child on PBS, when it was painfully boring to watch. They have managed to make food and cooking exciting for everyone, even this 28 yr old male. If you want to learn to cook, go to your local junior college a take cooking class. If the Food Network stars are dressing a little too "risque" for you, go back to watching PBS. As for Mexican made easy...I live on the west coast and I saw the missing shrimp segment. They must have caught their error after the east coast airing. Mexican Made Easy is a great addition to the FN Sat morning lineup.

The girl is new and is cooking dishes that are good for the game and then someone just messes up her entire 30 min a week by repeating the first segment. The shrimp dish was probably the only one I wanted to see and ofcourse if was the one that they didnt show. I thought there was a problem with my dvr but clearly we were all unfortunate to witness someone elses mistake.

Agree with all criticizing comments that follow this one from me. Someone in FoodTV management should be dumped. The viewers are being mislead, It is completely appropriate that FoodTV does get dumped from TV. Cooks are being asked to show bust lines, being asked to smile with vocal quality of grade school, etc. Food television began with Julia Child on PBS stations. Jacque Pepin joined her and their social interactions, vocal quality, laughs, etc., all natural. Marthat Stewart comes along years later and focuses on the teaching component of HOW TO COOK...not just the making of a recipe. Could easily go on and on. Bottom line, my thanks for others who have registered their complaints and an awkward thanks to the FoodTV employee who has typed critical comments.

What happened this morning? I was really looking forward to this recipe. I hope you will air this episode again soon; the ingredients and flavors sound great. This is going to be a great new show. Savor the Flavor!!

I watched this show last week and really enjoyed it. All week long I looked forward to seeing what Marcela would come up with next, and was therefore incredibly disappointed when your network made a mistake by repeating the first segment again during the 2nd one???? The shrimp dish looked like it would be especially interesting. Will you be correcting your mistake and running this episode again (soon hopefully?

I was watching "Mexican Made Easy". I watched the first segment of Tortilla Chips then the program went to commercial. When it came back, instead of showing the shrimp recipe it replayed the tortilla segment again and followed by Chicken recipe. I hope next time they play the whole show.

I was very dissapointed not being able to see Marcela show us the shrimp recipe. However, I printed it anyway because it sounded delicious! I also wish we could see/print a photo of each dish. It always helps to see what the dish looks like after you have seen the show.

The shrimp segment was not aired. The show repeated the guac & chip segment instead. But the recipe sounds delicious!
