These are the best twice baked potatoes I've ever had. I plan on serving them at our super bowl party next Sunday. Thanks Giada for one great recipe.

I omitted the Prosciutto because I do not eat meat. The dish overall was absolutely delicious. I loved your choice of seasonings.

Dear Junk in Crystal Lake: just fry up the bacon first, chop, then cover with the cheese.

This was the first recipe that I found on the FoodNetwork. It not only turned out amazing, but it has kept me coming back for more recipes. The mushroom and garlic mix was good enough to eat on its own. Delicious! I will definitely make this again!

This recipe is AWESOME! I did not have Prosciutto on hand but I did have bacon. So I cooked the bacon, chopped it up and just added it to the potato mixture. DELICIOUS!

This was WONDERFUL! I am always amused about how people try to change things. First time I do it as written then personalize it. Sure this one take a bit of time, but that IS what real cooking is about.

Just had this for dinner. My husband and I cooked together to get them made. We loved them! Great recipe.
