I thought they were OK but my boyfriend raved about how good they were. I'll probably make them again but next time I will add some more spice to the taters.

Its the poor mans fajitas, on a scale from 1-10 it's a 4 on the taste scale. its quick and cheap to make, feeding 4 to 5 people for under 20 dollars. go double on the onions and bellpepers your be glad you did. If your going for taste try a different recipe. but if your on a budget, feeding a large amount people and taste isn't that big of an issue, then this is the recipe of you

I didn't make the potatoes, but the chicken marinade was fabulous. It went over great at my summer picnic along with Emeril's beef fajita recipe and it was a huge bonus that the kids loved both :-

Can't find good Fajitas here in CA. These took me back to Texas, as good or better.

Decided to veer from my other chicken fajita recipe to try this one based on the reviews. The only think I didn't do wias grill the chicken, I pan fried it and maybe that's why it was mediocre (the chicken part but i did really like the sweetness that the almost carmelized onions gave the dish. That was unusual but delightful.

Since I was making cupcakes for my wife's birthday at the same time, I just marinated the beef and then sauteed the fajitas on the stove (I skipped the potatoes entirely, and they turned out great!
