    The fajita marinade was perfect. I have never had chicken fajitas in a restaurant that tasted this good.

    I am always searching for grea tasting recipes that are fast and simple and don't require a bunch of fancy ingridients you don't normally have just hanging around in the house. This recipe is exactly what I look for simple fast not complicated and it taste great. Being Mexican it's hard to find restaurants let alone recipes that use authentic ingridients this recipe has not been Americanized it's just right.

    I didn't use the whole recipe, I just used the marinade and it was awesome. I put it on chicken for fajitas, but did my own fajita fixings! It was also good on just plain chicken, without the fajita fixings

    This marinade made the chicken really tasty...it did not remind me of restaraunt style fajitas, but was enjoyable none-the-less.

    It was sooooo wonderful. It was easy since everything went into the blener, then the pan then plated....

    It was just spicy enough I doubled the recipe and we just adored it...
