This really was delicious! I added some shallot to my compound butter and used gorgonzola. It really was yummy and I will definitely make this again!

I get rave reviews every time I make this dish. Because it is difficult for me to find chicken breasts with the skin still on, I use chicken thighs instead.

The chicken came out juicy and crispy. However, the flavor fell flat. One would think the skin would hold the butter/blue cheese mixture but it ended up melting and running off the chicken breasts and into the pan. An idea for next time would be to roast the chicken with just salt/pepper and butter for a crispy skin then placing a spoonful of butter/blue cheese mix on top right before serving.

This is a great recipe!! First, it's super easy to make, and can be done on a weeknight. Second, it's completely delicious!!! My family couldn't stop raving about it! I will add this to our repertoire of favorite dishes!

Hated blue cheese... Now in looooveeeee with it. Used thighs instead tasted great. After cooking the bacon added some of the oil to the butter and made a thick sauce. Then poured it over the best. I'm a sauce person with lots of flavor and lots of it. Stuffed does not feel like enough and more bacon is always better. The was best way to make chicken moist besides brining.

I made this tonight & it was amazing!! It was so easy to prepare, so moist & overall just a must make again recipe! I used the ingredients listed above however I added a little more blue cheese & used bacon bits instead. My family has requested I make this again this week. :
