I give this recipe a 4 out of 5... It was good however I used Feta instead of goat and used Proscuitto instead of pine nuts... It was good...

I loved the idea of these, but changed the filling. I put carmelized onion on the pastry, then layered bits of roasted red pepper and lots of goat cheese. I sprinkled some parmesian cheese on top of the individual pieces before I baked them. A big, big hit! And so easy to make.

Love this recipe. I've made it without the sundried tomatoes because a person in our family can't have tomatoes and it's still wonderful. Pesto, pine nuts and cheese make anything taste good!

After years of (admittedly, delicious bacon-wrapped dates at our holiday table, it was nice to have a vegetarian appetizer option. These do not disappoint, as they are easy, delicious, and classy--just like every one of Ina's recipes.

I made these for our gourmet dinner group and they were so pretty and tasty! It comes together quickly especially if you have made the pesto ahead which I did and stored in the freezer. I think you can increase the filling, and I didn't get 30 from one sheet, and cut as thin as I could. Followed using all the exact ingredients, they were devoured almost as soon as I placed them down and there was another appetizer too!

These palmeirs are a delicious and easy appetizer and the shape looks so pretty on a plate! Since it was just my family (four of us I halved the recipe and they were gone in an instant!! I substituted the goat cheese for feta and they tasted great. My teenage girls don't really like pine nuts but didn't mind them in this recipe. I also placed them too close together, so they didn't puff as much as they should have. Definitely place them 2 inches apart like the recipe states.
