Soft and smooth dough and when they're fresh out of the oven they're wonderful. Getting a little dark on the bottom is easy, but they still taste wonderful. Perfect for those who don't like crunchy peanut butter!

I tried this cookie with a friend who doesn't cook. They were quick and easy. You can double the recipe without problems. Cooks in 12 min. Crisp when cooled.

I loved this cookies. most peanut butter cookies are kind of dry and plain. But these were sweet and soft and very easy to make.
