I have never made crepes before but these were fantastic and very easy to make I also used Peach unsweetened jam. My husband just loved them and can't wait for me to make them again. Only this time he wants strawberry.
    thanks,

I thought I would make these after watching Giada. I had just bought nutella yesterday,

I have a waring blender, so in a few minutes it was all blended. I used a wonderful 10 inch all clad non stick frying pan. Perfect.

II made the crepes which were so easy.
The other reviewer is totally wrong.
As fillings, I used her raspberry filling, strawberry jam and did a few crepes with Nutella. Rolled and into the oven in my purple emile henry. Am I name dropping too much. Just want you to get the picture.

Result: Perfect looking and perfectly delicious.

I will always use this recipe and change fillings (bananas, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, ice cream etc.

    Great.

I didn't fill the crepes with anything, but I wanted to make them to see if the were anything like the swedish pancakes my mom used to make for me, and they were amazing!!!! I love that Giada mixed the batter in the blender, it really makes this recipe even easier. Just remember that you have to use a delicate hand when making these.

After just trying out this recipe, I'm really surprised that it was labeled "easy." Although it is easy to combine the ingredients, making a decent-looking crepe (and especially flipping it was difficult and frustrating. Most of them came out ripped, half-cooked or a combination of the two. It was also difficult to spread the filling on the crepe, once I finally got it on the plate - the crepe kept sticking to itself and the filling. After finally trying a bite, I found the crepe to be too eggy tasting. I still remain a huge fan of Giada and her recipes, but unfortunately this one was not a success for me.

I think these crepes are way too eggy. Julia Child's recipe is much better in my opinion.

I had never made these before or even thought about making them until after watching this episode. This was super easy and it was delicious. I did not make the raspberry filling we just used some Nutella. It worked out great. My husband is Mexican and said next time for him he would like a cajeta (caramel filling. Couldn't believe how easy these were and how much they sell these things for.

This recipe was exactly like the headline says! Yum in my Tum! It was sweet and suprisingly light! I think that the filling was a little overwhelming though, but maybe that's because I put too much filling in it! Either way, this was an awesome recipe and I would like to recommend it to all of you cooking Giada fans out there!

Who knew crepes were so easy?? I halved all of the ingredients and ended up with enough batter for five crepes. I made a couple savory (scrambled eggs with crumbled sausage, topped with hollandaise and a couple dessert crepes (nutella + bananas. SO good, SO easy.

I just made a 1/2 batch of these. They were quick and easy and delicious. My son asked me to make these with hot fudge & bananas....I'll have to sacrifice for my child!!!
