Easy to prepare and cook but I personally didn't like the combination of flavors, my husband loved it.
I cooked all three recipes from the episode.

This was such a delicious way to prepare haricots verts. I followed the recipe and they were cooked perfectly. I actually made the entire dinner, and must say the meal was better then a restaurant's. For those who said they needed to roast the beans for 50 minutes you probably used regular green beans. The haricots verts are skinny, skinny french string beans.

The cheese crisps up and has great texture against the green beans. Delicious!

Loved these!!! My husband is not a big fan of green beans but I love them. I am always trying to win him over with delicious green beans and this recipe did it. This is such an easy way to cook green beans. I will make these again and again.

I didn't love the way they turned out. Maybe I used too much oil. I like the idea of roasting, and I like aldente green beans, but these tasted pretty raw. I took them out after the 10 minutes. Wanted to leave them in longer, but the cheese started burning. Maybe it was the crappy nonstick pan I used. They still were tasty, but I didn't love the texture. I will try them again with a few changes.... less oil, more cheese (I used a little less than the recipe said b/c I was running out and a better pan.

This is a super easy and tasty way to cook green beans. I sliced up some yam on the other half of the pan, and it was fine too. Liked the beans better. I used too much salt this first time, as well as too much oil. Will definitely make it again soon!

Excellent as a super quick, super delicious side dish, just what I expect from Tyler! My oven roasts veggies best at 450, so after finding my beans underdone after 10 minutes I turned up the heat and they were perfect five minutes later. Will definitely do this one again.

I'm not sure why, but my beans turned out kind of dry. The first time I tried this I used raw beans, the second time I blanched them first. My husband and I liked the flavor, but not the texture of the beans.
