This turned out wonderfully! Everyone commented on the wonderful taste of the mustard glaze!

Changes I made: I scored the ham into 1" diamonds, used Penzey's Bavarian Seasoning (was out of thyme, used Splenda Brown Sugar, and 20 minutes before the end, I mixed a jar of Smuckers pineapple ice cream topping (couldn't find preserves with some brown sugar and coated the ham with it deep into all the scores because my husband challenged me to use a pineapple glaze that wouldn't drip off.

Next time: I will remember to put brown sugar on the pineapple rings, this time I was a little distracted with 2 or 3 other dishes going at the same time. I will test my baster before major holidays so I'll have time to buy a new one. I will line my roaster with foil because I'm not looking forward to the scrubbing that awaits me in the sink tonight. I might also add more pineapple juice, since there was barely enough left to baste with by the end.

Love the glaze!! I made this for Thanksgiving, and my family really enjoyed it!!! They even asked me to make it again for Christmas. I did modify the recipe just a bit. I only used 4 tbsp of the dijon mustard because I wanted the glaze to be more sweet, and not quite so tangy. I also used a 1/4 tsp of cinnamon, and a little bit of maple syrup. This was very easy to make. If you have any leftover glaze, it's great to use the next day as a spread for sandwiches.

I love this flavor, it was a hit with the family. I made it two weeks before Thanksgiving to try it out. I will be making it again for that special day as well. LOVE THE NEELYS

Way toooo good! Will make again....and again....you two rock! And for those of you that do not like the show or the Neely's......turn the TV off or switch channels...No need to put them down on a public forum! I love the way they are less formal and so loving towards each other. My husband actually watches the show with me....a huge switch from ESPN! So just keep the fab food a comin'...y'all!

I think this recipe is the BOMB!!! I watch your show all the time, and record what I really want to try. i used to bake my Ham and use
pineapple slices and marshino cherrys, and use cherry soda and brown sugar for the glaze, till I tried this. LOVED IT!!! Thank-U
Oh! and for the people who don't like the Neely's wake up! This is such a nice change in a cooking show, fresh nice humor fun, I think you are the one who's racis. I don't see or hear it from them. I think they make a cute and fun couple. Most of all, I like when they REMIX a recipe. Neely's keep up the fun. Love Ya!
