These were really yummy! Now maybe I shouldn't leave a review as I changed it some. I always hate when someone changes the whole recipe and leaves a bad review. I coudn't find cane syrup ANYWHERE so I used dark corn syrup as others suggested. I also didn't use any of the orange flavors. The sp were cooked perfectly and the topping was very good. Thanks for the recipe! You two are so stinkin cute on TV I hope my hubs and I will be like that in the many years to come! Thanks, A&A Deppen

I am a big fan of the Neely's show and when I saw this I just had to try it. When I tired the recipie the directioins were easy to follow and my family loved it!!
It was sweet and gooey my son even asked for seconds on them, for vegtables that is woderful for any parent. this will be a keeper for my house.
another thing I like about Pat and Gina they do a lot of recipies like this one it is family tradition recipies keep it up.

C'mon Pat, if you want each piece of potatoe to be covered in glaze, you put the cut pieces in the glaze pot, stir, THEN dump in the cooking pan. It's 1st grade basics, Duh again.

I didn't have orange liqueur so I just added some orange and lemon zest to it. I also cut the recipie in half for a smaller gathering. I am not a big sweet potato fan, but I loved this recipie and I will be making it again!!

this came out ok but the orange was the turn off it just didnt taste right, if it didnt have that I would have really liked it, I did love the topping however, I will try this again but next time I will do nutmeg and some apple cider instead of the orange, also putting my oven at 450 melted the marshmellows next time I will leave it at the same temp.but that also just could be my oven.
