Very good. Although, I used olive oil, not butter. To those saying these are not 'fries',correct- they are wedges not fries. We need an editor on these comments.

These were very good, They were cooked but not crispy so do need more than 30 minutes (I would have left them in longer but the burgers were done and one reviewer mentioned half the butter, so I put half the butter though next time I am gonna try olive oil instead which is what I usually use for sweet potato fries. My husband don't like a lot of salt so used half the salt too.

Really flavorful if cooked with olive oil and not butter.
Modify this recipe and lay off the butter. Use OLIVE OIL and bake. Much better and healthy.

This recipe is awesome. My family that doesn't like sweet potato much loved these. They are not real sweet but really tasty.

Very good, though I'm not sure I'd call them "fries". More like a roasted sweet potato. They were soft, buttery and delicious. We will make them again!

Wow, very easy! Instead of using plain cinnamon I used sugar cinnamon and it gave it just the right amount of sweetness. The whole family loved it and my daughter suggested I make these for next Thanksgiving! A real hit!

This was very easy and tasty! I used only half the butter and added a little more cinnamon. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that I was disappointed that the fries weren't crispy. They still made a delicious side dish!
