I made this tonight for my grandsons and great grands. This is a keeper. Very *kid friendly* AKA, finger food for the little ones. Worked so much better than plain baked sweet potatoes, no need to add toppings. I plan to use this for Thanksgiving this year. It can cook along with the turkey, although not as long. Good when you only have one oven! I scrubbed them first, left the skin on as suggested. If you love sweet potatoes, this is a nust try recipe - you won't be dissapointed.
Thanks, Paula - you always come through for us!!

These were very good, I did add a little of nutmeg and a sprinkle of sugar and they were great!

I cannot believe there's no sugar in this recipe. The sweet potatos come out so sweet you would think they are sugar coated. Such a simple recipe with so few ingredients. I've had it once a week for the past few weeks. I'm the only one in the family that will eat sweet potatoes, so I make them potato wedges and separate the pan with foil and cook them all at the same time. Amazing! Where has this recipe been all my life?

this is a Winner! I sliced 2 large red yams and cut the amt of butter in half. they were SO good. 2 of my favorite things in one dish cinnomon and sweet potatos/yams. no need to peel them just give them a wash and slice up.

I made these, but was thinking maybe they wouldn't be sweet enough so I sprinkled just a little granulated sugar on them. They were absolutely delicious. I will definitely make again. Thanks for the recipe.

These were great. My husband loves sweet potatos and this was the perfect amount of seasoning. We make these all the time. Pretty quick other than peeling the skins off.
