    This is such a good recipe! I make this whenever I have left over baked potatoes. I peel and dice them and it works great!

    I made this yesterday. OMG!This was sooo good. The spices in the chorizo was awsome. I also added some red and green peppers. Next time I make this, I'm going to try it with some chicken sausage with roasted garlic.

    Easy recipe. Good results. My mom does this without peeling the potatoes or boiling them for a quicker turnout. Is there a trick to making the chorizo crumbly without continuously breaking it up?

    This was really good...but I wish the recipe would tell you how long to boil the potatoes...of course this is my fault but I think I slightly over-boiled them leaving me with a mushy potato. Was still a delicious dish though! I added some peppers for color and fun. I featured it on my food blog at DameGoodEats
