Love it!! My husband requests this atleast once a month. He tops it with cheese and adds more hot sauce. I top with cheese and sour cream. EXCELLENT in omlets!!!!

Delicious! This is a staple in any Mexican home! I used Trader Joe's Soy Chorizo for a healthy twist. It actually realeases no oil nor do you need to add any. Just stir, stir, stir. I also added eggs to the dish for a different twist. Love it both ways.

Super easy and tasty. Only thing different was I added 1 regular potato and 1 sweet potato- sweet and salty mix was great.(It doesn't say how long to boil potatoes but I found that 10 minutes on a high boil did the trick for 2 potatoes diced.Hardly added any salt since chorizo is well seasoned. And since we ate this in corn tortillas, we topped it off with a bit of chihuahua cheese and it was a terrific addition and again no need for more salt. Will definitely do again. Add some beans and brown rice and you got a nice burrito filling too! Great tip on removing lots of chorizo grease by simply placing on top of paper napkin!!! Thanks again :

The chorizo overpowered this dish. It came out ok but I wouldn't make it again. Maybe it was the particular chorizo I used...
