    These potatoes were delicious. I had one chorizo sausage in my freezer left over from another recipe. I scaled the recipe down to two servings (that's my portion. . .LOL! and served it with fried eggs on top. Great!

    This recipe is so delicious. Please put this REAL CHEF on our primetime.We have to change the channel when that Melissa comes on primetime. Why is she given the best time?????

    I make this at home all the time. Marcella could you make sopes on your show. The flakey one that are like a puffy cup, not the doughy disk. I think people would love them, I know I do, I just don't know how to make them.

    This was soooo good just like my grandmother makes it...made it for my family as quesadillas and melted monterey jack cheese inside and used corn and flour tortillas...but i think i like the flavor the corn tortillas had more. My family loved it and were begging for more!!! Thanks Marcella!!!!!

    I saw this episode and decided to make this dish along with her recipe for rojas for my sons first birthday party, It was a huge hit!!!!! iI made a double batch and it was all gone, and everyone told me it was there favorite. My favorite is the rojas.If you havent tried those make them, youll love them.! Any way this recipe is super easy and great! Please keep this show going, I Love the authentic mexican recipes.!!!
