Great easy recipe and different from how I usually make chorizo with "papas" (potatoes. We want more!! Even my mom wants to know what happened to Marcela because I got her hooked too!

This is easy to make and tastes great (even better the next day. I notice the show wasn't on last week and apparently won't be on today either. You would think FN would have the courtesy to post an explanation on its website, but that is apparently too much to ask. I hope the show isn't cancelled; my wife and I have enjoyed every one of the recipes we've tried.

These make a wonderful taco filling, especially scrambled with a couple of eggs

The was very easy to make. Since I had them at home, I mixed in some Yukon golds as well to use them up. Great leftover the next morning with some scrambled eggs and Tapatio hot sauce.

Made this and love it! Very easy, added a little more meat than suggested, and no salt, and it was fantastic...(with the few leftovers we did have, I made an omlet for my husband the next morning :
