Loved this recipe--delicious and easy to prepare. I was also happy to see real chorizo on FN. I will make this recipe again.

This was my first time eating chorizo and I must say that the combo was great. I added some pre-shredded mexican cheese and eggs in the same pan ...my chorizo was of a different consistency than what was shown on t.v., nevertheless, it was a big hit in my home and will become a regular part of my breakfast ciriculation!!

This is just the way I like to make this dish, I like to add a little queso fresco too! About to make it again right now for breakfast.

I make my Chorizo and Papas this way too. Thank you Food Network for putting on true way how to make Mexian food not the American version.

I thought she did a wonderful job with this show today. I think all you negative people need to leave her alone. You must not watch food network often. Almost all the chefs and cooks use words and phrases like this to describe their food.

great recipe, but it's not AMAZING nor INCREDIBLE no matter how many times you say it. Everything you cook or open or touch or look at is not AMAZING or INCREDIBLE and repeating these same words over and over and over is tiresome.
