Great recipe! I was a little hesitant about grilling the romaine since I'd never done it before so I skipped that part but it was still a huge hit! The dressing has an essence of a ceasar dressing but is much lighter and more refreshing. Perfect for a hot summer day!

The homemade dressing is so light and refreshing. Croutons- I suggest buying one already in the box (if you are in a hurry other than that- it's bit work but it's totally worth it. I will make this again...

This was GREAT! I went a step further and brushed the dressing on the bread before grilling. Wow! I only use large chunk charcoal to grill so this made it that much better!

This is a great recipe! I have made it several times and it is always delicious. The dressing is so light and refreshing. I haven't made it with the grilled chicken, but I do grill the lettuce for a few minutes which adds another dimension of flavor to the salad. I recently served it at a party by putting it on top of slices of grilled french bread instead of using croutons and it became a great appetizer.

I love the dressing for this salad. Many caesar dressings are heavy and creamy, but this one is light and the perfect addition to a classic salad.

I made this salad without grilling the lettuce. I'm not a big fan of wilted lettuce so I just rinsed it and spun it and did everything else as called out. It was a big hit and I have made it several times after and enjoyed it equally each time.
