While this recipe is certainly not the best from FN, it is a great, easy recipe for a weeknight dinner.
We didn't have any peas so we substituted edamame which made a great addition. Also, we used broth instead of cream for a healthier alternative.
This was great to take to work the next day - good hot or cold.

I found that my husband and I liked it a little better with the pancetta. I love the fact that it was easy and quick to make, great for a week night meal. Will definatly make this one again.

I made this over the weekend for my family including my son in-law who doesn't like peas.... they ask for the recipe to take home and he didn't want to omit the pea's... It's super easy and very, very good!

The only change I made, was using 1/2 cup white wine and 1/2 cup reserved pasta water instead of a full cup of pasta water to deglaze and start the sauce. Otherwise, I followed the recipe precisely and the result was all thumbs up at the dinner table. This is definitely one I'll make again.

I am pretty easy to please in the food department. Certain foods are guaranteed winners. Cream? Proscuitto? I'm in! So it's with a heavy heart that I say that this recipe was really, really lacking. The ingredients and flavors just didn't come together right. The result was a very off-tasting sauce that even the proscuitto de Parma couldn't save. It wasn't bad, per se - but very disappointing. My husband and I ate one small bowl each, I threw the rest down the disposal and the recipe into the trash.
