I made this for my family's Passover seder since it is a seed not a grain, so you can eat it! I did substitute craisins for the raisins and sliced almonds for the pine nuts since I didn't know if you can eat pine nuts during Passover. I had multiple people ask for the recipe, so it was a hit!

I loved this!! The first time I tried quinoa, I really could not eat it because I just made it with water and no other seasonings. This time I loved it! I used grapeseed oil since olive oil isn't very heat stable. I also used organic red quinoa, golden raisens, and almonds instead of pine nuts. I can't wait to make this again!

This is very good. I really want to eat healthy but will not give up flavor. Food should be a joy to eat and this fits. It has wonderful flavors, the lemon, garlic and raisins go perfect together. I will be making this again!

Great recipe, it will definitely become a regular at our house. I used cranberry/pomegranates instead of raisins. Using broth instead of water as suggested really made a big difference, more flavor. So good!

The first recipe that I tried for quinoa was so bad that I was going to throw it away, but because it was pricey I decided to give it one more try. I picked this recipe because the last recipe of Ellie's that I made ( pizza with eggs and spinach was so fantastic and I didn't think it would be soooo delishous and it was so - the same with this recipe. I made it exactly as the recipe reads and it was so fantastic that I will keep the recipe in my favorite recipe book forever !! So good.... you have to try it !!
