This was our first time making quinoa, and I have to say it was delicious. We used golden raisins and a mixture of water and chicken stock. Will definitely be making this again and again..

I really enjoyed this recipe, the first time-warm and the next day cold. Excellent and easy. I didn't have raisins, so I used Craisins and I also sprinkled feta cheese on it before serving. Thank you. This is definitely going in my recipe box.

Delicious flavor and nutty taste. toasting the quinoa really brings out the flovor. I substituted craisens instead of the raisens and swapped pecans for the pine nuts. I also used lemon flavored olive oil. A tasty, healthy side dish.

I make this over and over for guests. Most people either have never heard of quinoa or those that have find it rather bland. Everyone asks for this recipe. I only add half the amount of quinoa. I use golden raisins and add some crumbled bacon. It's a crowd pleaser!!!!!

Looking forward to trying it again with dried cranberries and walnuts.

This side dish is soooo delicious. I made mine with pecans rather than pine nuts. What a yummy complete protein.

Love finding good quinoa recipes. Since it's a relatively high protein and fiber grain, it's great for meatless, filling, low cal food prep.
