This was a great meal...I truly enjoyed it! It was full of flavor!!! I will definately make again but will use very little wine sauce next time. The wine sauce was rather sweet but good!

rating on looks alone at this point...making this...what was the green sauce made with...I'm skipping green sauce because I don't see it on the menu recipes. So far the wine sauce is yummy! update: Have served this for lunch. I used parsley and basil puree for the green on the plate. Everything about the presentation is wonderful. I cooked the steak on the outside grill. Unless you have viewed the show this recipe will not mean that much. Its all about presentation. The carrots, with potatoes on top..very pretty. I cooked one steak, slicing it across the steak, laying slices over the potatoes. Served on small square white plate. Wish I could post my photo.
