I loved this recipe!! The flavors were amazing and the beans were great even on their own. I made it as tacos because I find tostadas hard to eat - just heated up some soft corn tortillas and layered away.

This was amazing! Wasn't sure how the pinapple would do with the other flavors in the salsa, but it worked so well together ! All the flavors together were perfect. My family has another favorite by Melissa!

I made the fish for my family and served it as fish tacos. The fish was so
tasty and flaky, yet it had a wonderful little crunch on the outside without
drying it out.
Would definitely use this method for cooking any type of fish.
Quick, easy and great tasting!

Slight changes, flour tortillas instead of corn, an extra jalapeno in the salsa... really delicious. The beans almost didn't make it to the tostada because once I tasted them I kept going back for another taste - I could just eat the beans and be happy. Very messy so maybe not a company dish, but we have put it in our favorites folder and will be making this recipe again!

This recipe is really delicious. I've made it twice now, once to rave reviews from the neighbors and last night to enjoy with my kids (who, by the way, gobbled it up too - 1 and 3 y.o. It's just a great combination of flavors and textures. You can't eat just one!

Wow, this recipe is truly one of the best!!!. I made taco shells with the corn tortillas. I bought fish that was already marinated and seasoned, (so that alleviated some of the prep time. The fish tacos with the salsa was a hit. My husband ate four tacos and my children (ages 11 and 13 enjoyed the beans. I have told so many friends about this amazing recipe!

Oh my gosh... the salsa in this recipe is unbelievable! Kudos to Melissa... I have actually followed many of her recipes and have absolutely loved every one of them. Flavors blend perfectly. I had never cooked with wine before! I followed Melissa all through The Next Food Network Star show and I am so glad she won. I have attempted other food network chef recipes, but none with the ease, taste and satisfaction of these. THANK YOU, MELISSA!
